Last weekend, we headed out to Salem, Oregon to screen “Hidden Battles” at the Salem Film Festival. Besides for being a part of a wonderful festival, we enjoyed the Salem Saturday Market, a great little town full of friendly locals who were all excited to support the festival. Our film played at The Salem Cinema, where we were treated to a state of the art sound system and projection, and a very enthusiastic audience. We also screened with two narrative films about the psychological impact of war - “Shooter” and “When He Left.” We were also psyched to run into fellow nyc filmmakers Jeff Lipsky andJason Shahinfar while we were 2000 miles from home. Thanks to everyone who came to see the film, all of you who told your friends about it, and to the organizers of the festival for a wonderful experience.
